What it does
Batonnage without the fuss. In traditional bâtonnage, the lees—fine sediments of yeast and grape solids—are stirred gently to enrich the wine’s texture and mouthfeel. With the Barrel Resonator, this timeless technique is achieved without ever opening the barrel. Our device uses subsonic resonance to stir the lees gently—preserving the wine’s purity while building layers of complexity.
Simply attach the unit to your barrel’s hoop, plug it in, and let time do the rest.
Works on Whiskey, Rum or anything that needs a barrel!
