General Overview

Return & Refund Policy (30 Days)

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Returned items must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase as long as they haven’t shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
